The perfect and durable colour coating system

MAXX professionally renovates used, high-quality aluminium and steel frames and parts – regardless of brand. First, all old paint is removed from the frame, then the frame is powder-coated with impact-proof polyester in a two-coating process on our powder coating system. The 1st coat is the base colour, the 2nd coat is a transparent topcoat. If desired we can even apply a brand, logo, slogan, or your name or signature between the two coats. The surface will look brand new – naturally with the exception of deep dents and scratches. If desired we can also powder-coat the rigid fork or other small parts you supply, such as the stem etc. in the same colour. In winter, lead time is approximately 14 days after receipt of frame, in peak season it takes a little longer.

Important information: The old paint will be stripped off from each workpiece by sandblasting or chemical de-painting. This pre-treatment is always applied unless the parts are pre-treated and ready for painting (de-salted, de-greased, sand-blasted and chromated or phosphated). If in doubt MAXX will decide on the necessity of a pretreatment. The parts must be sent to MAXX freight prepaid with all stickers removed. Highly corroded parts will not be accepted. Only steel or aluminium workpieces can be coated – all tube connections must be welded – adhesive bonding will not be accepted under any circumstances. Prices include the legally valid VAT.
